Who we are
Cauce is an automation studio based in Manizales, Colombia, with a presence in Cali: we work on site across the Caldas and Valle del Cauca departments, and remotely everywhere else. The work starts by understanding the process, the cost of doing it manually and the result you need; only then is the technical solution chosen and built. We work in English and Spanish.
We do not start from a tool or recommend AI because it is fashionable. We first identify the bottleneck, validate what can be improved and build only what is needed for the solution to be useful, maintainable and verifiable.
Founder and director
A final-semester International Business student and self-taught data analyst. The business conversation and the technical build go through the same head, so the scope agreed in one meeting is not redefined in the next.
He builds and ships: the client database and console, the WhatsApp agent, the dashboards and this very site.

His training and his experience are in understanding how a business works from the inside: how its areas connect, where work piles up, and which indicators reveal that something is failing. That reading lets him get his bearings quickly in operations of any sector and apply improvements where they actually change the result, not where they merely show.
He brings over two years in the textile sector, working with Power BI, automations and AI-assisted reporting to support day-to-day operating decisions.
That perspective is what defines how we validate. A solution is not delivered because it works in a demonstration, but because it holds up in the real operation: incomplete data, exceptions, and the pace of a business that does not stop.
We do not base our proposal on promises or inflated years of experience. We base it on working tools, verifiable results, a case tested on a real task by the Research Director at CRECE, and a way of working that lowers your risk from the start.
