How much is manual work costing your business?

Estimate how many of your team’s hours go into a repetitive task each month and what you currently pay for that time. Conservative assumptions, formulas in plain sight: the math runs in your browser and nothing you type is sent or stored.

Your process

Time spent on that repetitive task: building reports, copying data between systems, reconciling, answering the same questions.

Base salary of the people doing the task. It is adjusted with the cost factor (under "Adjust assumptions") to get the real hourly cost.

Almost no task is 100% automatable. The default (70%) is a prudent estimate for well-defined repetitive tasks.

Adjust assumptions

What an hour costs the company beyond base salary: payroll taxes, benefits and insurance. Typically between 1.25 and 1.4.

Based on a 40-hour week: 40 × 52 ÷ 12 ≈ 173.

What would your team do with those hours?

Let's check it against your real process. In 45 minutes we'll tell you which part of that time can actually be freed, with what kind of tool, and what it would make sense to do with it.
